General thoughts

Some players get chances to progress and keep enhancing to the next level. There is a huge love and craze towards cricket shown by women. When you see the cricket clubs there were a lot of young kids and girls who started to get trained and play in the earlier days, only less get a chance like under-19 and others.

Nowadays, the girls get a chance at the age of above 9 playing for their school teams, zonal teams belonging to their age category. In earlier stages players are good at the sports some are attracted towards the game. When you take at some of the players they really won’t have any idea or wanted to become a cricketer they had their interest in some other sports and art form it depends on their talent and skills. some wanted to become cricketers and some may become unexpected like footballer Ganguly become a Legendary cricket player for team India.

Everything depends on the player’s skills, technique and temperament when mistakes are done by players they will be rectified by, coach and supporting staff to improve the players. When players come from various regions to show their talent in sports better and balanced opportunities to be given by the boards and conduct more tournaments to find the young and skilful players for the team and help womens to headway in cricket and all the fields.
