This tremendous project’s construction started on 28th January 1887 and continued till 15th March 1889 that is it took two years, two months and five days to get completed. The tower is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel whose company took the obligation of construction of the tower.

Some key points regarding the infrastructure of the Eiffel tower :

The apartment included two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, and views of Paris landmarks.
The tower was utilized for making radio transmissions from the beginning of the 20th century. Some popular radio channels were France Inter, RFI Paris, Nostalgie, etc.
